Hi, we've had a failure of the boot disk in one node (of 5). It seems it will have to be replaced.
Is there a way to rebuild the server without trashing the OSDs or is it a fresh install with adding OSDs as new?

Just replace the boot drive and install the system on new drive, use the same hostname and ip address as before.
After iso installation, use the deployment wizard and select "Replace Node". You will not need to re-add the OSDs.
