Unable to delete pool

One is used by s3 and other for file-system. I deleted all s3 related users and zones, also file-system.
After when i try to delete those pools. It getting deleted but after sometime those pools are coming back.

Pool 'File-Data-Meta-HDD ' was used for NFS Recovery Database Pool.
Right now i edited the NFS service role for all nodes, now it is not coming back.
Now it got delete.
